Nike continues to roll out projects related to the upcoming launch of its VaporMax sneaker on March 26, 2017. The Vapormax is Nike’s latest Air Max update, a storied line that first hit retail in 1987, as brought to the table by famed Nike designer Tinker Hatfield.
As part of the effort, the brand linked with five up-and-coming fashion designers from around the globe, tasking them with creating a garment that speaks to the futuristic, air-filled VaporMax silhouette. Designers included Paula Canovas, Azar Rajabi-Asl, Liam Rhys Johnson, Shizhe He and Wanbing Huang
While from different geographies, they share very impressive fashion backgrounds, including education at impressive schools, time spent interning or working at prestigious labels plus a slew of awards.
