Houston-born beauty expert Deepica Mutyala officially is crossing over from a role as a vlogger and influencer to launching her own brand. Called Live Tinted, the brand’s first product is Huestick, an eye, lip, and cheek multi-stick that also balances out dark circles, dark spots, and hyper-pigmentation. Offered in three shades, Huesticks are vegan and cruelty free
The product launch is rooted in a 2015 tutorial, in which Mutyala used an orange/red lipstick to color correct under-eye circles. Now at 10 million views, the video earned Mutyala a slot on the Today Show and help fuel her career as a beauty influencer.
In 2018, she launched Live Tinted as a beauty platform with an eye on highlighting diversity.
