Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills Home Is Available To Rent For $35,000 A Month

July 18, 2019. Leave a Comment

Rihanna flew the coop to London well over a year ago, but shedding her real estate presence in the United Stated has proven a lot more challenging than her move to a new country.

After finding no takers for her posh Hollywood Hills home offered at a price of $7.5 million, she’s offering up the property up as a rental. If you wish to luxuriate in a space formerly occupied by Ms. Robyn Rihanna Fenty, according to Variety, the three-story, 7,100 square-foot house can be yours for price of $35,000/month.

The price is high, yes, but it includes six-bedroom (split the cost with five–or more–of your friends!), a dramatic foyer and staircase, a dining room with LED back-lit faux wood beams and a massive kitchen featuring stainless steel fixtures and a huge marble island.

Additional rooms include a billiard room, a gym and a movie theater. The house’s master bedroom includes a fireplace, sitting room and wrap-around balcony. Hidden from street view and behind gates, the location also includes an infinity pool and an outdoor terrace for lounging that’s located between the main house and the one-bedroom guesthouse.

Rihanna first put the house on the market in October 2018, not long after two would-be burglars attempted to break in but were thwarted by an alarm system. The event followed a successful house invasion earlier in the year by an intruder who disabled the alarm system. He was finally discovered after lounging for 12 hours in her home where he says he was waiting for her to return. (Though how big of a fan could he have been if he didn’t know she was attending the Met Gala that night!)

Rihanna is currently renting an equally palatial estate in North London and also owns a home in Barbados, along with two condos in Los Angeles.

The GOAT Serena Williams says farewell to her care The GOAT Serena Williams says farewell to her career as a professional tennis player in the September issue of American Vogue.

In the cover story, which is a must read, Williams shares some thoughts on her evolution away from tennis and says,"Believe me, I never wanted to have to choose between tennis and a family. I don’t think it’s fair. If I were a guy, I wouldn’t be writing this because I’d be out there playing and winning while my wife was doing the physical labor of expanding our family. Maybe I’d be more of a Tom Brady if I had that opportunity. Don’t get me wrong: I love being a woman, and I loved every second of being pregnant with Olympia. I was one of those annoying women who adored being pregnant and was working until the day I had to report to the hospital—although things got super complicated on the other side. And I almost did do the impossible: A lot of people don’t realize that I was two months pregnant when I won the Australian Open in 2017."

The cover editorial was styled by Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, who in 2020 became the first black woman to style a U.S. Vogue cover.

This cover was also one of the last projects hairstylist #LatishaChong worked on before she sadly passed away in July this year.

Make-up by Raisa Flowers, nails by Dawn Sterling, and photography by Luis Alberto Rodriguez.
