New York-based designer Sandy Liang known for her intentionally feminine aesthetic previewed a Speedcross 3 and Moc 3.0 sneaker on her fall 2024 runway show in New York.
Reflecting her love of ballet-inspired looks, the Speedcross 3, a lightweight trail shoe, was adorned with criss-crossed pink ribbons while the RX Moc 3.0, a recovery shoe, featured a black mesh and suede upper.
Sandy Liang and Salomon collaborated for the first time last year, working off of a pink XT Expanse and an RX Moc 3.0. Both shoes evaporated upon arrival and the XT-6 Expanse in particular has maintained a high resale price.
There’s no information just yet on the Speedcross 3 and Moc 3.0, but you can anticipate they will launch on sandyliang.com and at Sandy Liang’s Manhattan store, as well as Salomon’s ecommerce site in the months ahead.
