Bill Simmons & Lena Dunham: two of our favorite writers get together for a chat. Given the amount of flak Dunham is on the receiving end of for simply for creating and running a show about young women’s lives written from a female perspective, we were on knee-jerk pins and needles expecting Simmons aka a man to slip up and say something that would reveal some level of paternalistic misogyny, especially since he comes from the sports world, but no, Simmons is no dope plus he is an ace reporter and asks good questions.
