After making waves with her much-praised “Love The Free” mixtape, DJ Kitty Cash is once again creating buzz, this time by creating a video to accompany the mix tape. Premiered at a New York event we attended a couple weeks back, today Vogue debuted the official public launch of the video on its site today.
The video kicks off with a short of Kitty Cash herself, looking fab as always in a short directed by Sandra Winther. Subsequent videos for each song are directed by a variety of up and coming filmmakers, who were personally tapped by Kitty Cash or recommended to her through the vast circle of creatives with whom she is connected. Both projects are testaments not just to her creative prowess but also her gift for networking and commitment to supporting up and coming talent.
