Known for her bold and individual style, New Yorker Iris Apfel’s story is getting much deserved documentation in a film simply called Iris. Directed by Albert Maysle, it will open in New York on April 29th. Apfel has long been known as an individual who eschews notions of what is normal or acceptable to wear and has made self expression through clothing and accessories her calling card. It’s a quality that makes her shine like a twinkling star in the Snobette universe.
