In Vogue‘s September Issue (the one with an interview-less Beyoncé on the cover), the magazine includes a feature ticking off its list of the top 27 movers and shakers in the industry today. The usual establishment names are there (Louis, Prada, Gucci, etc. etc.) but Vogue also gives a shout to relative newcomers HBA and Public School’s Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne.
