Under the design direction of newly-installed creative director, Alessandro Michele, the Gucci label certainly seems to be on its way to regaining reputation for offering luxury designs with flair and pop. These Gucci slides are a good example, riffing off of the streetwear-inspired shower slide trend, Gucci makes the trend its own by adding a sky-high block heel and offering the shoe in five of-the-moment colors–beige, metallic pink and gold, and naturally, Gucci’s trademark colors, red and green.
