Mostly known for a look that celebrates Southern California skate culture, Stüssy’s spring ad campaign approach feels decidedly colorful in comparison with prior campaigns. Shot by Tyrone Lebon in the Jamaican cities of Port Antonio and Kingston , the latest shoot celebrates the people and culture of an island that has always been a big inspiration for the label.
The campaign is part of a multi-year-series of ads themed by locations that hold importance for Stussy. The fall 2015 campaign examined Tokyo and Los Angeles was the subject of spring 2015.
