It’s always fun to hear new music from Gwen Stefani. Though she is no longer in the peak season of her career, due to her many contributions to the bank of bad ass women doing it for themselves, Mz. Stefani has earned a lifetime supply of relevancy.
A light pop song about the pain of being in love, the video is directed by Sophie Muller, and includes about half a dozen costume changes (we would expect no less!) While she wears a lot of different looks, Stefani’s face stays beat to the gods (makeup by Gregory Arlt & hair by Danilo) with her trademark square-tip nails done and done.
This is Stefani’s third single from her album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like. Previous videos include “Used to Love You” and “Make Me Like You.”
