Update: NBC is reporting that Kanye West has been hospitalized: “Kanye West was under observation at a Los Angeles area hospital late Monday, multiple authorities familiar with the case told NBC News. A source familiar with the case said Los Angeles police responded to a medical welfare call about 1:20 PM PST. No criminal activity was involved. The decision to hospitalize West was for his own health and safety, the sources said.
Scheduled to appear at a charity event in New York this evening, Kim Kardashian is said to have cancelled plans to fly back to Los Angeles. Her sisters Kourtney and Khloe, along with her mother Kris attended the event as planned.

Following an off-kilter concert appearance in Sacramento (November 19, 2017), at which Kanye West went off on a long list of individuals and then performed only a handful of songs, it was announced that both the next date in Los Angeles as well as all remaining dates on his Saint Pablo tour would be cancelled
According to an E! News source, the artist and singer is suffering from exhaustion. “[West] has been working around the clock on fashion design, both on his own line and his Adidas line. As a notable workaholic, balancing his projects and the demands of the tour every night has been a challenge for the star,” said the source.
Meanwhile, sometime yesterday (November 20, 2017) West’s Instagram feed began to fill up with blurry men’s and women’s fashion images sans any captions. Layering on top of the single image he posted when he first opened the account in September 2016, there are now a total images of 99 photographs.
As West withdraws from the limelight, his wife, Kim Kadashian, who has barely left her house since being robbed at gunpoint in Paris, is said to be heading to New York, where she will appear this evening at the Angel Event, a fundraiser for cancer research. Kardashian is making an effort to attend because her father, Robert Kardashian, will be honored at the event.
