Hailing from the Bronx, twin DJs Angel and Dren are creating waves through nightlife with their upbeat musical sets, twin charm and dope sense of style.
Shot by Amina Gingold and styled by Bianca Arielle Bailey in an editorial titled “A Bronx Tale,” the twins strike a pose, sporting fellow Bronx native Jerome Lamaar and slew of noteworthy emerging designers.
Commenting on the shoot, Bailey said, “I love working with Angel and Dren because they’re not only fearless and completely open to my perspective, but they’ve also broadened it. I went with them to the recording studio a few weeks ago (my first time) and fell in love. Angel and Dren are from the Bronx, and this shoot was my second time hanging out there, both times have been to visit Jerome Lamaar’s store 9J, where the shoot took place. This shoot was really about the synergy.”
