An interview of Frank Ocean being interviewed has popped up, showing the singer/songwriter being interviewed on his album Blonde. With questions edited out and Frank shown on a split screen speaking at the same time from two camera angles, the video is a bit difficult to follow and definitely has an artsy feel to it. It’s also only two and a half minutes long.
Wearing a white pair of Vans with ripped jeans and a green hoodie, the Ocean appears to be mostly discussing his recently-released album, Blonde, including the high expectations preceding it and what the lyrics reflect. “There’s no fantasy on this record,” said Ocean. “It’s all for better or for worse like, autobiographical, and just like, my experience. The foundation of what’s made me who I am today,” said Ocean.
The video was first posted by @teamfrankdaily on Twitter, and not long after was posted by Miss Info. Complex picked it up next and coverage was off to the races.
