Adidas and Kith stay slaying the culture with their cold collaborative projects, this time coming with a shoe called the Ace 16 PureControl Ultra Boost, offered in the soft pink flamingo colorway that is a trademark hue of sorts for Kith and its owner/founder Ronnie Fieg. Reflective of the color story, there is a graphic of a flamingo placed atop a soccer ball on the shoe’s insole.
According to @yeezymafia, a Twitter account known for accuracy on upcoming Adidas and Yeezy launches, the Ace 16 will be exclusive to Kith with less than 500 pairs made.
In response to a question about distribution this morning (April 18, 2017), @yeezymafia also noted that the shoe will be launched as part of a capsule that will include “apparel, cleats, and another [Ultra Boost.]” Given the soccer ball graphic, we presume this will be a soccer-themed collection.
The shoe’s launch date is said to be May 19th though there is no information on much of anything else. .
