Inspired as always by historical and cultural references and rooted in the concept of uniting the East and the West, Les Bejamins designer Bunyamin Aydin presented his spring 2018 collection in Paris during menswear presentations last week (June 23, 2017). With a focus this time on Australia and New Zealand, offerings for the first time included women’s silhouettes.
“What is important to me is to create awareness. With the digital age, we forget our histories and cultural heritage. It’s like giving an update to the culture of today, the Millennial age,” said Aydin in an interview with WWD.
Modeled by Luka Sabbat and Adriana Mora, the looks were photographed by Dylan Don and convey a global appeal where streetwear meets Bohemia.
Based in Turkey, Les Benjamins was founded in 2011 and is available at lesbejamins.com.
