Sneaker blogger Ericka Alexis was on the receiving end of a pair of Jordan 1 and Off-White colalborative sneakers and like she does, did an unboxing of the shoe, providing the most detailed looked we’ve seen of the shoe yet.
The Off-White flair begins with the box, which is turned inside out and features “Jumpman,” surrounded by Virgil Alboh‘s trademark inch symbol. The shoes are wrapped in paper that mixes Off White’s horizontal graphic and Nike’s Swoosh.
Probably the shoe’s most distinctive detail is the Swoosh is present on the lateral side of the upper contrasted by Off White typography on the medial side that reads Off White for Nike “Air Jordan 1” Beaverton, Oregon USA c. 1985.
The shoes are accompanied by four sets of laces (orange, white, green and black) with packaging that reads shoelaces. Other interesting details includes a zip tie, and the number “85” written on the inside of eyelet ankle flap.
Rumors are circulating that this shoe will drop on September 1, 2017. No pricing yet or whether they will be offered in women’s sizing (which they should be because women love the Jordan 1).
