New York-based label and retailer Kith has revealed plans for a second collection made in collaboration with Coca-Cola. What has been shown thus far is a red maillot, a sweatshirt and shorts, and a pair of Converse Chuck Talor Hi sneakers, all co-branded with Kith and Coca-Cola logos.
Significantly, the sneakers were shown by rap icon Nas, who claims Queens as his home, just like Kith founder Ronnie Fieg, whose design stories often reference city landmarks and legends. In commenting on the images, Nas wrote on Instagram, “I hit the Hamptons for a sec… its the South Of France of NY. I love my entire State.”
Kith and Coca-Cola worked together for first time on an extensive collection of goods that was launched in December 2016 with special items created for Kith’s New York, Miami and Aspen stores.
No timing yet on when this collection drops, but we will update when we have that info.
