Lady Gaga‘s Joanne album may have represented a more down-to-earth, family-oriented side of the singer, but for her opening Joanne World Tour date in Vancouver last night (August 1, 2017), she made it clear she plans to go all out to entertainer her fans.
Gaga wore eight costumers not counting the never-before-seen-looks she wore during interludes. Designers reflected Gaga’s deep connections in the fashion industry with contributions coming from a lineup of names that included Pam, Hogg, Alexander Wang, Vex, Norma Kamali, Lanotta Studio, V2Bentley, Michael Schmidt, Gladys Tamez, Viktor & Rolf, Martine Ali and Drome, among others.
At least four of the costumers were custom designs by Filipino-American fashion designer Zaldy Goco.
Gaga’s 60 date tour will run through October 9, 2017, with London the final stop of the tour.
