Supreme is finished up with its drops from spring 2017 and is now on a bit of a break as it gears up for fall 2017, which will include the opening in September of a new location in Brooklyn at 152 Grand Street.
In the meantime, the brand has provided a bit of red meat to the awaiting masses in the form of a “Supream” jacket paired whose Mondrian pattern hood coordinates with the outfit bottoms.
The Supream top is a way back-machine moment inspired by artist and skaterboarder Mark Gonzales who in the brand’s early days is said to have sent postcards to the store, at times addressed: Harold Hunter c/o Supream.
Supreme had a Supream coaches jacket in its spring 2013 collection that include an image of a sphinx. Currently there is one for sale on grailed.com, priced at $90.
Stay tuned for more looks from Supreme, including a lookbook preview on August 14, 2017 and the first fall drop on August 17th with online following on August 24th.
