Kelela aka Kelela Mizanekristos has dropped a second single from her much-anticipated debut album Take Me Apart (October 6, 2017). Titled “Frontline,” the ethereal r&b slow jam was debuted on “Insecure” on Sunday night (September 3, 2017).
So much within this genre depends on the the subtlety and depth the singer conveys through his/her vocals and what’s special about Kelela is her ability to express complexity in spades.
Prior to “Frontline,” Kelela released a Andrew Thomas Huang-directed visual for “LMK.”
