Rihanna may have been in the industry since the age of 16, but one thing she’s never been is a media-trained drone. Mess with the people/things she cares about and she will come for you without hesitation.
This morning (September 28, 2017), she tweeted Donald Trump an image of the front page of the Post whose headline read, “American Tragedy,” a reference to the post-Hurricane Maria dire conditions on Puerto Rico. In her tweet, she wrote, “Dear Donald Trump I know you’ve probably already seen this, but I just wanted to make sure! Don’t let your people die like this.”
To drive the message home the message/twist the knife, she followed by praising Presidents Barack Obama along with both George Bushes for stepping up to aid the island, writing, “Round of APPLAUSE to these gentlemen for taking control of this devastating situation!!!”
“Don’t let your people die like this.”
