Supreme isn’t playing around with lucky week seven. Not only is it releasing a collabo with the much-loved Stone Island, it’s also opening a brand new store in Brooklyn, a key event because it includes a box logo t-shirt commemorating the event that will be sold exclusively at the new store. Supreme will also re-issue some items from the fall season, also exclusive to the store. In order to be considered for the opening day event, one had to register in advance, an event that is now closed.
Obviously, the Brooklyn bogo t-shirt ($34) is the hot item, but leaving that incredibly-difficult-to-procure item to the side, the Stone Island water and wind resistant polyurethane anorak ($648) will be on top of most online shoppers’ wish lists.
Made exclusively for Supreme, the collection consists of a Lamy nylon down Puffy Jacket with a removable hood and fleece face mask; a water and wind resistant polyurethane anorak; cotton fleece Hooded Sweatshirt and Sweatpants with reflective graphics; a cotton short sleeve Top and a Lamy nylon 6-Panel Hat.
And while the Stone Island floral puffer jackets ($998) are gorgeous, the price will be problematic for most. As such, the garment-dyed hoodie ($318) and sweatpants ($248) with 3M reflective logos will also fly, as will the six-panel, floral nylon caps ($66).
Supreme fans live for a special item so don’t sleep on the lockbox ($128)! Other cool items that will have low-key pull are the “God Bless” flannel shirts (plaid is the move!)
The online drop will occur on October 5, 2017 at 11:00 BST for the European site and 11:00 EST for the U.S. site. Physical stores in New York, Los Angeles, London and Paris open at 11:00 local time. The collection goes live in Japan on October 7th.
