French boutique Colette has announced the bittersweet news of Saint Laurent as the final label to partake in a store takeover. Following on the heels of the storied boutique’s shop-in-shop collaborations with Channel, Sacai Thom Browne and others, Saint Laurent goods will set up shop on the first floor.
Offers will include an array of items made exclusively for Colette, including a leopard-print skate deck, a Vespa scooter, a Polaroid camera, a David Sims-shot calendar, plus a Patti Smith hoodie, a Bryan Ferry t-shirt and a Travis Scott edited collection of vinyl.
Saint Laurent’s store takeover will begin on Novemeber 27, 2017 and run through the store’s final day in business on December 20th.
Back when Colette first announced it was closing its doors, co-owner Sarah Andelman mentioned Sainat Laurent might take over the space. If that’s the case, it couldn’t be more fitting for Saint Laurent to be the final label to do a store shop in shop.
