Designer Giuseppe Zanotti today (December 1, 2017) debuted the Alena Star shoe, a black, slip-on sneaker with detachable crystal-encrusted stars.
On the explosion in demand for sneakers, Zanotti told the South China Morning Post,”The sneaker is the absolute representation of our time right now. It gives a new message. Like jeans, they’re not just for men or for women; they’re for both. The new sex.
