Queens rapper Nicki Minaj has jumped on A$AP Ferg‘s popular “Plane Jane” single, adding bars shouting out Tidal, B.I.G., Derek Jeter, Lupita Nyong’o and jewelry company Raffaello & Co along with her long-time besties, Candice, TT, Thembi and Viola.
She also sends a clear message to all her female competitors, stating, “Hoe, you know that you my son, I shoulda scrapped you as a fetus.”
Minaj provided a boost of the energy to the drop by publishing an eye-popping Instagram image in which she’s clad only in pink tap pants and a silver set of pasties. The image is from her Paper magazine photo shoot, for which she wore Baroness latex bottoms with a Djula choker and a Fanaskii custom silver bracelet.
“Plain Jane” was Ferg’s first single from his August mixtape “Still Striving.” Released on June 13, 2017, “Plane Jane” was produced by Kirk Knight and hit number 41 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it his highest-charting single.
Ferg has announced a U.S. tour kicking off February 28th in Philadelphia ending on March 14th in New York.
