The chunky (or dad shoe, if you prefer) sneaker trend continues to expand with German-based Puma announcing plans for the Thunder Spectra made inspired by a ’90s-era Alexander McQueen shoe called the MCQ Tech Runner.
Taking some cues from Balenciaga’s coveted Triple S shoe and the Yeezy Wave Runner 700, the debut colorway features a black leather and mesh upper highlighted with touches of teal, grey, yellow and red, supported by a revamped Tech Runner sole.
Priced at $120, look for the Puma Thunder Spectra to release on April 28, 2018 at puma.com and better Puma wholesale accounts.
