Rapper Remy Ma teams up with fellow Bronx native A Boogie wit da Hoodie aka Julius Dubose in a video for “Company,” a project directed by John J.
The video opens with a curvalicious Remy lounging in lingerie and a pink fur designed by These Pink Lips. In the Rodney Byerson-produced song, Remy breaks down her transformation from inmate to money maker, spitting, “I was gettin’ one visit, two phone calls, three showers a week. Now I get like 90K for my voice just to touch the beat.”
Commenting on effort on Instagram, Remy wrote, “I wanted to do a record that was fun and different for me so I went home to the Bronx and linked up with my homie A Boogie to give you #Company!”
The single will be including Remy’s upcoming album titled 7 Winters & 6 Summers, a follow up to her 2006 album, There’s Something About Remy: Based on a True Story.”
