Sneakers are flying high as a fashion trend at the moment with women embracing a cozy look and lifestyle, enabling sneakers to be worn 24/7. Even luxury brands have thrown up their arms and embraced the trend, putting more shine on new sneaker silhouettes than anything featuring a heel.
Paying homage to the trend, graphic artist Davide Perella takes a if-you-can’t-beat-em-join-em approach with a collection of popular silhouettes reimagined as sky-high heels.
Silhouettes include Nike’s Air Max 97 “Silver Bullet” and Monarch, Fila’s Disruptor, Yeezy Wave Runner 700 and a Nike x Off-White Vapormax.
