Have a look at a Jordan Retro IV that is allegedly on the calendar for 2019. Featuring a patent leather upper and hot pink colorway, someone on Instagram referred to this shoe as the “Let’s Go Barbie IVs.”
While women have long complained they want sneaker companies to do more than just “shrink and pink” men’s shoes, the truth is there are many women (and some men) who still adore pink colorways of all shades.
FYI: the shoe you’re looking at is not an actual model but a representation via sneaker preview account @pinoe77, who had a graphic artist created the shoe based on feedback from a source who has seen it. Right now, retailers are in the midst of looking at Nike’s spring 2019 offerings to place orders so the timing is right for the emergence of model’s from next year.
Given this is an alleged 2019 launch, it’s going to be a while before we hear anything more about it. If it makes it to the production line, one would assume it would hit anywhere from February-March 2019.
