Like a tree-lined city street, Gypsy Sport revealed a collection of looks for spring 2019 during New York Fashion Week that were earthy and yet full of edge. Reflecting the label’s commitment to sustainability, all 21 looks were made using upcycled materials. On Instagram, the brand detailed the percentage of textiles that were upcycled showing ranges from 80 percent up to 100 percent.
A leader in the movement to cast truly diverse lgbqt-friendly runways, the model line up included the runway debut of Lourdes Leon.
For footwear, the brand partnered with Swear London on a capsule of three different, super chunky sneaker silhouettes called Mad World, Mad Sport and Nitro. Swear hasn’t announced launch info yet, but you can sign up to be alerted via email here.
