Prada keyed in on a carefree yet feminine look for spring 2019, showing a runway during Milan Fashion Week full of knee-length and above swingy skirts and dresses as well as a few biker shorts. Skirts were paired with an array of tops from over-sized t-shirts and sport-inspired stretchy tops and satin short-sleeve blouses.
The label’s all-important footwear offerings were highlighted by sneaker-inspired knit upper shoes with sculpted heels tapping into the same material story as Nike’s air-packed VaporMax. Happily there was no sign of the flame sandals though the lack of a Prada Cloudbust update was just…sad.
