New York-based designer Christian Cowan kept his lens focused on evening looks for his pre-fall 2019 collection, which was comprised of 15 looks. the sexy, nightlife-friendly collection was highlighted by a mini-dress and joggers detailed with the Rolex-watch that first popped up in a shoe collaboration with Giuseppe Zanotti last season.
