Princess Nokia celebrates her enhancement-free-body and a wish to be left alone by males with a spontaneous freestyle. Laying down bars from the front seat of a car, the New York-born creatives spit, “Natural my body, natural my ass, natural this pussy, this pussy ain’t for no man. Don’t want yo male gaze on me. Don’t slide into my dm. We cannot Netflix and chill. No I don’t wanna be friends. You acting nice ’cause you fakin’. Don’t need no sympathy dick.”
Nokia née Destiny Frasqueri has said she has new music coming in 2019 and has noted she will be less present on social media as a result. On Instagram in mid-November 2018, she wrote, “Taking time to work on myself in preparation of my next album is my biggest focus right now. That means going inward with spiritual isolation and creative mastery to ensure I’m living up to my most artistic potential. Withdrawing from social media is vital in this creative and spiritual space.”
At the same time, Nokia recently wrapped up an acting role, playing the part of Eva in a film titled Angelfish, directed by Peter Lee.
