Paris-based Kenzo as led by Carol Lim and Humberto Leon presented a psychedelic-themed collection for fall 2019 on Tuesday (January 22, 2019) at the Carrousel du Louvre. According to press, the colorful collection and the references to hiking silhouettes are rooted in Leon’s Peruvian roots.
Women’s offerings were highlighted by the a playful new handbag silhouette called the Tali detailed with an all-seeing eye, which function as a clasp on the handle-top, quilted silhouette. In addition to the fall bags, the mystic eye motif is a big graphic theme for the label’s spring 2019 apparel offerings.
