Canadian-based activewear retailer Lululemon is expanding product offerings with the launch of a Self Care line, which will make its debut with four items. Debut items include No Show dry shampoo, Basic balm, Sweat Reset face moisturizer and Anti Stink deodorant.
The offerings are an extension of Lululemon’s guiding principal for wellness, which is to “sweat once a day to regenerate your skin and mind.” According to press, Lululemon launched the category in response to consumers who are seeking a “transition from sweat into daily life” with “some specific solutions.”
Packaged in clean white bottles with red type, offerings are rooted in function with an emphasis on cruelty-free ingredients and a responsible supply chain. Built for portability, some of the items are offered in travel sizes.
Notably, the product choices, packaging and descriptions have a unisex feel, no doubt reflecting Lululemon’s wish for the category to appeal to its growing male customer base.
There’s no pricing yet, but Lululemon says the collection will drop in “late spring” 2019.
