Titled “Track & Field,” Off-White‘s spring 2019 women’s runway, which was staged on an indoor track, was the perfect blend of glam and sport, a collection of looks taken to the next label by a chic shoe and apparel collaboration with Nike.
Now it appears the collection is finally starting to take shape. According to Instagram account @py_rates, the limited edition, running-themed capsule includes two different black jackets ($350/$250), a running top in blue or black ($110), a black tank top ($60), black shorts, running tights in vast grey or blue ($150), plus utility tights ($160) and jogging bra in black or Opti yellow ($70).
As of now, there aren’t any official images so it’s not clear if the collection will include the items as shown on the runway or simply take inspiration from them. The leggings were made from re-purposed white Nike athletic socks stitched together so one has to assume the retail version will be a take down of the runway versions.
The collection currently has a drop date of “late summer.” We will update when official images and timing comes available.
