Singer Ciara follows up on the drop of her Beauty Marks album with an announcement today (May 20, 2019) she’s been accepted into the Harvard Business School. The 33-year-old singer shared a photo of herself wearing a Harvard sweater to mark the occasion.
She will be enrolled in Harvard’s Executive Education program in Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports. The program doesn’t require a formal education as a prerequisite. According to Harvard’s website, “admission is a selective process based on [the] professional achievement and organizational responsibilities.”
Ciara took to Instagram to release the news, “I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path that I’m so thankful for,” she captioned the still. “This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement!”
