London-based designer Craig Green presented a colorful spring ’20 collection on Monday (June 10, 2019) that included an Adidas footwear collaboration.
Working off of Adidas’ newish Kamada silhouette, Green’s designs played up the shoes distinct nub-covered outsole with color-coordinated uppers. A monochromatic grey model in particular stood out for making use of a textile on the upper that mimicked the outsole.
This time last year, Green presented at Pitti Uomo 94 where he showed a deconstructed version of Nike‘s Element silhouette. While widely admired, the shoes were produced strittly for the runway.
