Adidas and AriZona Iced Tea caused a commotion in July when they attempted to hold a pop-up shop selling collaborative sneaker silhouettes for 99 cents each. Shut down by the NY Police Department because of unruly crowds, the shoes were ultimately shipped to event ticket holders.
Now the two brands have announced plans for a second collaboration that once again works off of Adidas’ classic Continental silhouette in all new colorways. The Continental will be offered in leather for men and canvas for women with each style making use of two different AriZona Ice Tea-themed color stories. The collection will also include four Adilette slides.
Priced at $100 for the sneakers and $80 for the slide, look for this collection to launch on August 17th on adidas.com as well as Foot Locker and The Finish Line.
