Swedish fast-fashion retailer H&M links again with singer Justine Skye on a capsule of party perfect clothing co-designed with her stylist Ade Samuel.
Dubbed the festival collection, the capsule takes inspiration from the Instagram-friendly outfits music festivals have become known for. Offerings are highlighted by plenty of statement pieces, including a see-through, neon short set and an outerwear-inspired metallic dress.
The festival collection is a follow up to H&M and Skye’s well-received, 17-piece cloud-themed piece collection, which took inspiration from her combined Jamaican/Brooklyn roots.
Reflecting on her latest effort with the chain, Skye told Teen Vogue, “The first collection was more of an intro to who I am and where I’m from. This collection gives you more of my actual fashion sense and items I know I’d wear to a festival.”
Tapping into her talent as a performer, Skye also shot a Tyler Mitchell-directed campaign video in which she performs her single “Bulletproof” wearing some of the pieces in the collection.
As of now, there’s no information on pricing, but offerings will drop on March 12, 2020 in H&M stores and online.
