Adidas has announced plans to restock its face mask in two different colors. First launched in mid-May, the item sold out shortly after it launched.
The mask will be offered in black or blue and is detailed with the Adidas three-stripe logo. Made from a two-layer, soft, breathable fabric that makes use of 40-percent recycled materials, the mask is washable and reusable.
Make note, the face mask is not medically graded nor viewed as personal protective equipment. That said, it does have the power to limit the spread of droplets, which may contain cold viruses included the dreaded COVID-19.
Priced at $16 for three masks and available in XS/S or M/L, Adidas has pledged that $2 from every pack sold will go to Save the Children’s global coronavirus response fund. Both colors will drop on June 15, 2020 at 3:00 AM EST on adidas.com.
