New York-based Ottolinger as led by designers Christa Bösch and Cosima Gadien celebrated the power of individuality with a spring 2021 collection of 37 looks. Showcasing a strength for creating a uniquely artful statement, the collection exudes stylish edge.
Alongside individual images of the collection, the label revealed a video titled “What’s Your Superpower,” a visual that putts a surreal spin on the looks.
Commenting on the film and the collection, press reads, “The lockdown period gave us time to refocus and more deeply consider what is truly essential about Ottolinger.
“For us, this means creating clothes that empower all of us, make us feel strong, more self-confident and ultimately celebrate the unique beauty of every one of us. Clothes which embrace change and give us all of the superpower we need to sustain ourselves and become whoever we want to be.
“In our collection, every garment has its own superpower. One can make you feel courageous, another bold, fierce or self-confident, and ready to take on whatever challenge you face. We want our clothes to underline everyone’s unique strengths, skills and abilities, as well as to discover some powers we didn’t even know we had.”
