Los Angeles-based designer and model Aleali May has dropped a campaign for her Air Jordan 14 sneaker (style code: DJ1034-200) and apparel collection, her fifth sneaker collaboration with the sneaker brand.
Dubbed Fortune, the sand-colored suede shoe makes a statement on her Filipino heritage with jade-colored overlays, a reference to a stone viewed as a symbol of good fortune in many Asian countries and the first piece of jewelry May ever received, a bracelet gifted from her grandmother.
The coordinated apparel collection is a shout out to her father, who often picked up May from school on his motorcycle. Offerings include a black Jordan t-shirt, zip-up crew shirt, crop top, shorts and biker shorts.
Priced at $190, Jordan and May’s Jordan 14 Fortune sneaker launches at 10:00 AM EST exclusively on SNKRS on August 19, 2021. Priced from $45-$120, apparel will also launch on SNKRS at the same time.
