Apple’s Beats by Dre headphones tapped designer and Foot Locker creative director Melody Ehsani for a set of Power Beats Pro wireless earbuds. Making a statement on personal boundaries, the earbuds are detailed with the phrase “If You Can Read This You’re Too Close” written in Ehsani’s handwriting, along with her signature eye motif.
Celebrating color, the mismatched, multi-colored earbuds are packaged in a purple case that reads: “ME x Beats package contains immersive teleportation device will transport you to otherworldly dimensions. Personal space is needed for most effective results. Vibrate higher.”
In press about the collaboration, Ehsani said, “Music has been such an integral part of my life and has inspired my designs and my inner work. I am honored to give the world a new vehicle for creativity and self-expression with this collaboration.”
