Fashion plate Jenna Lyons delivered a big statement for her debut on Real Housewives of New York (RHONY) by sporting a tweed Crombie coat by Céline. Adding her signature irreverant twist, Lyons paired the coat with a white and green truckers cap. Part of the French label’s pre-fall 2011 collection, the wool coat was designed by much-admired designer Phoebe Philo, who is preparing to launch her namesake label.

The same jacket was recently listed on eBay, which describes the piece as “one of the first archetypes of Phoebe Philo’s Céline (“Old Céline”) that goes back all the way to her first outing for the brand in Resort 2010.”
The Celine coat is by no means Lyons’ first RHONY style statement. For a promotional image, she wore Bottega Veneta trousers, a cropped Homme Girl button down and J.Crew (“circa 2019) heels.
At a launch event, Lyons paired a white The Row top with an Atsuko Kudo latex skirt and Aquazurra heels. Upping the ante at the show’s premiere party, she sported an eye-popping pink tulle Oscar de la Renta cape covered in hydrangea appliques, paired with a faded pair of boyfried cut jeans and heels.
Among fashion lovers, Lyons has long been known as a style maven, a reputation established through her role as executive creative director and president of J.Crew. Since departing J. Crew in 2017, Lyons launched LoveSeen, a fake eyelash brand and starred last year in HBO reality series “Stylish with Jenna Lyons,” which aired for one season.
Lyons is part of a total reset for RHONY, which was recast with all new housewives for season 14. Currently dating Cass Bird, a photographer, Lyons is the first openly gay cast member to star in a Real Housewives franchise.
