Emilio Pucci creative director Camille Miceli and Guerlain makeup, artistic director Violette Serrat, have joined creative forces to launch a limited edition makeup collection of about ten products inspired by Pucci’s Marmo motif.
Designed in 1968, the Marmo motif is inspired by the ripples of the sun on the Mediterranean Sea. For this collection, Miceli who has held the role of Pucci creative director since 2021, adapted the bold print to the packaging.
In press about the collaboration Guerlain artistic director Violette Serrat says,“Neither Camille nor I are afraid of color! No shade is off-limits to us… But obviously, you have to find the right way to work with the shades, to express them. A touch of red on the eyelids may seem very daring, but red eyeliner will be easier to wear, and even more beautiful, for example.”
This makeup collection will be available on Guerlain and Pucci websites starting August 26th.
