Studio Halftime, founded by Brooklyn-born goalkeeper and ceramic designer Lev Rosenbush, introduces its debut in collaboration with adidas Confirmed. Currently based in London, Lev’s brand merges his passions for sport and design, reimagining the intersection of these worlds through hand-thrown ceramics.
Studio Halftime draws from global traditions, particularly football culture, with an ethos that revolves around the notion of stillness, taking a moment to reflect and reset. The highly Halftime x adidas Confirmed collaboration was unveiled during London Fashion Week with an exhibition titled “Formations,” open to the public from September 15th to 21st. This debut showcases Lev Rosenbush’s fusion of sport and design, offering a fresh perspective on football-inspired artistry through handmade ceramic vessels rooted in tradition and heritage.
For the adidas Confirmedcollaboration, Rosenbush crafted three bespoke vessels, each rooted in sporting heritage and tradition. Influenced by the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi, these pieces embrace simplicity, naturalness, and the beauty in imperfection and impermanence as an homage to the understated elegance of the tearoom.
