Tokyo-based Sacai adds some spice to its sneaker collaboration with Nike with news of add-on tongue accessories for the LDWaffle and Blazer Mid included in the shoe and clothing drop.
The LDWaffle can be trimmed with either black or cream faux fur patches while the Blazer Mid can be detailed with black or white leather zipper closures. Both items are sold separately from the shoes.
The LDWaffle in two colors and the fur tongue accessory ($56) will launch on September 12, 2019 on SNKRS plus five locations in Japan and sacai.jp. The Blazer Mid in two colors and zipper accessory ($113) will launch on SNKRS plus three locations in Japan and sacai.jp on September 19th. (Additional Japan store details here.)
The collaboration effort also includes an apparel collection, which will launch alongside the shoe drops.
