Two unlikely stars collide with a collaboration that combines downtown cool beauty brand Glossier with Bark, a dog toy company beloved for its super cute plush toys.
The two plush toys celebrate Glossier’s best-selling products, Balm Dotcom and Boy Brow, which includes two parts, the white tube and a silver wand. Reflecting their status as dog toys not makeup, the two plush toys have been renamed Balm Dogcom and Toy Brow.
How did a company for dogs cross paths with a beauty brand? According to Allure, Bark’s headquarters is located near Glossier’s New York flagship store. More than just proximity, it was Glossier’s dog-friendly policy that literally drew Barks in.
Priced at $8 for the Balm Dogcom and $10 for the Toy Brow, Bark and Glossier’s plush toys launch on September 6, 2019 on barkshop.com.
